As the Worship Pastor, you will lead and manage the weekend services at Highpoint’s Wheaton campus while also leading worship monthly at the Naperville Campus. With a heart for mentorship, the role also involves training and developing worship team members and leaders, contributing to creative planning with the entire worship staff, and participating in songwriting and music production for Highpoint Collective.
